In the first section of this course we deal with the topics of, recognizing urgency and taking emergency steps where necessary, identifying, obtaining, and reviewing relevant facts and documents, identifying relevant legal issues, and conducting research and investigations.
In the second part of the course we deal with complying with privacy legislation, developing an informed theory of the case, developing an appropriate plan and strategies, and reassessing the theory as the case evolves.
